1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Body Fix mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Body Fix provides guided stretching and pain-relief routines, personalized plans, and an AI-powered coaching feature for iOS devices. The Service is for general wellness and fitness purposes only.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Apple's refund process.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Body Fix is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before starting any exercise program.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Use of the Service is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for determining whether any stretch or routine is appropriate for your health and fitness level.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
- Share account access or circumvent paywalls or subscription requirements;
- Manipulate, scrape, or misuse app data, analytics, or subscription systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, stretch routines, illustrations, and other materials in the Service are owned by Body Fix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Fix and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury, pain, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
